CASPER TECH ("we", "us", "our") operates fb-scraper at fb.xcasper.space. This Privacy Policy describes what information we handle when you use the Service.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• No email addresses or personal identifiers

• No payment information
• No location data

3. Information Processed Transiently

When you use the API, the following data is processed in memory to fulfil your request and is not stored:

• Facebook URL — the URL you submit is forwarded to fdown.net, savefrom.net, or snapsave.app to retrieve video links. It is not logged or retained.
• IP Address — your IP address is visible to our server and Cloudflare's network as part of standard HTTP operation. We do not log or store IP addresses.
• Request metadata — HTTP headers and request parameters are processed in memory only.

4. Third-Party Services

Your Facebook URL is forwarded to third-party scraping providers to retrieve download links:

• fdown.net — receives your Facebook URL
• savefrom.net — receives your Facebook URL
• snapsave.app — receives your Facebook URL
• Cloudflare — proxies all traffic to our server. Cloudflare may log requests per their own Privacy Policy.

By using this Service, you agree that your submitted URLs will be forwarded to these third parties.

5. Cookies

This Service does not use cookies of any kind — no session cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.

6. Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any other analytics platform. No user behaviour is tracked.

7. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us.

8. Data Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare and Let's Encrypt. Since we do not store personal data, there is no persistent data to secure or breach.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not store any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data processed by Cloudflare or the third-party scraping services, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
