By accessing or using fb-scraper (the "Service") at fb.xcasper.space or the public API at apis.xcasper.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

fb-scraper is a free, open-source Node.js HTTP service that provides Facebook video download links by interacting with third-party services including fdown.net, savefrom.net, and snapsave.app. It is operated by TRABY CASPER under CASPER TECH.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this Service for:

• Personal, non-commercial use
• Educational and research purposes
• Integration into your own applications for lawful purposes
• Downloading videos you own or have explicit permission to download

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use this Service to:

• Download, redistribute, or republish copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission
• Violate Facebook's / Meta's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Scrape, abuse, or overload the Service (rate limiting applies)
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under applicable law
• Resell or commercialise the Service without written permission from CASPER TECH
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures

5. Intellectual Property

The fb-scraper source code is licensed under the MIT License and is available on GitHub. All video content, metadata, and thumbnails returned by the Service belong to their respective copyright owners. CASPER TECH makes no claim of ownership over third-party content.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CASPER TECH and TRABY CASPER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

This Service interacts with fdown.net, savefrom.net, and snapsave.app. CASPER TECH is not affiliated with or responsible for these third-party platforms, their availability, or their terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
